Whether you’re looking to spread out a blanket under the stars, catch a small-town parade or watch a fireworks show set to live music, the Palm Beach and Jupiter area has no shortage of ways to celebrate the Fourth of July.
Here’s a roundup of local events to mark your calendar.
Mega Bash at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium
Dates and Times: Thursday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4 — gates open at 5 p.m. on the 3rd and 4:30 p.m. on the 4th, first pitch at 6 p.m. both nights
Location: Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium

The Mega Bash is a two-day celebration at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium featuring the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals squaring off on both nights. On July 3, a 90s tribute band performs postgame, and on July 4, a Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute band takes the stage before postgame fireworks both nights.

Downtown Abacoa Fourth of July Block Party
Date and Time: Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Location: Downtown Abacoa Town Center, Jupiter
Price: Free
A neighborhood-style block party in the heart of Abacoa with live music, food trucks, family activities, local vendors and fireworks. Fireworks are courtesy of the Town of Jupiter and Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. Bring lawn chairs and enjoy the show from the open-air amphitheater.
4th on Flagler — West Palm Beach
Date and Time: Saturday, July 4, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Location: West Palm Beach Waterfront
Price: Free
South Florida’s largest free outdoor Independence Day celebration that features live music, a military honor ceremony, a kids’ entertainment zone, strolling entertainers, food and drinks, and an 18-minute fireworks display over the Intracoastal Waterway.
New this year, a high-energy laser show leads into the fireworks finale. Parking is available in city garages; rideshare is strongly recommended.

Lake Worth Beach Fourth of July Celebration
Date and Time: Saturday, July 4, festivities from 10 a.m., drone show at 9 p.m., fireworks at 9:15 p.m.
Location: Bryant Park, 100 S. Golfview Road, Lake Worth Beach
Price: Free
Enjoy a hot dog eating contest, live music, parachute team demonstration and more. A drone show kicks off at 9 p.m., followed by fireworks over the Intracoastal Waterway at 9:15 p.m. Food vendors will be on site.

Wellington Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza
Date and Time: Saturday, July 4, activities and entertainment from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., fireworks at 9:15 p.m.
Location: Village Park, 11700 Pierson Road, Wellington
Price: Free
Wellington’s Fireworks Extravaganza begins at 9:15 p.m. and lasts approximately 20 minutes, visible for miles around. Live music, bounce houses, a climbing wall, a petting zoo and free activities round out the evening.
Free shuttle service is available from The Mall at Wellington Green, leaving from the Palm Tran bus stop near Macy’s, starting at 5:30 p.m.
No personal fireworks, alcohol or pets (except service animals).

Delray Beach Fourth of July Celebration
Date and Time: Saturday, July 4, 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.
Location: East Atlantic Avenue at A1A, Delray Beach
Price: Free
A beloved tradition for over 50 years, drawing 80,000 people to Delray’s Village by the Sea.
The event opens with a 60-foot flag raising ceremony and honor guard at 6 p.m., followed by live music, food trucks, children’s activities, games and contests.
Fireworks launch at 9 p.m. Also at 5 p.m., a bicentennial time capsule from 1976 will be opened on the main stage — a one-of-a-kind moment for America’s 250th. Park west of the Intracoastal Bridge.

Boca Raton Fabulous Fourth — Fabulous Finale
Date and Time: Saturday, July 4, 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., fireworks at 9:10 p.m.
Location: Countess de Hoernle Park, 1000 Spanish River Blvd., Boca Raton
Price: Free
A fireworks display at 9:10 p.m. with live music and food vendors along the water.
No onsite parking — free parking at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), a 5-7 minute walk. Complimentary shuttle service runs from 6:45 p.m. through the end of the event.
No pets, coolers, alcohol, sparklers, drones or glass bottles.

Boynton Beach Fourth of July Celebration
Date and Time: Saturday, July 4, 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., fireworks at 9:05 p.m.
Location: Intracoastal Park, 2240 N. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach
Price: Free
A waterfront fireworks display synchronized to music, running from 9:05 to 9:30 p.m. The day includes activities, entertainment and food from 4 p.m.
Free air-conditioned shuttles run from 3:30 p.m. Parking is available at 3301 Quantum Blvd. and Town Square. No grilling, personal fireworks or pets.

Royal Palm Beach Fourth of July Celebration
Date and Time: Saturday, July 4, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.
Location: Royal Palm Beach Commons Park, 11600 Poinciana Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach
Price: Free
One of the largest fireworks displays in South Florida, featuring a lineup of tribute bands, a huge kids’ fun zone, an arts and crafts show and more than 20 food trucks.
