Science of Chocolate at Cox Science Center Aquarium

The 16th annual Science of Chocolate at Cox Science Center Aquarium will allow you to learn about the layers of the Earth – chocolate edition! There will also be a cocoa powder experiment and an opportunity to explore the science behind M&M’s! You can also meet Willy Wonka and see a liquid nitrogen ice cream demonstration at the amphitheater.
