By the Sea Lecture Series With Deano Cook at LMC

“A celebration preceding Earth Day on April 22, LMC will be hosting a special By the Sea Lecture Series inside the Center’s Gordon & Patricia Gray Auditorium. The event will exclusively showcase artwork from Deano Cook who is a world-renowned underwater photographer, diver, tattoo artist, and resident LMC artist. Cook’s underwater photography has been published in Alert Diver and Smithsonian magazines. Diving for more than 20 years, Cook’s focus is to authentically capture the essence of the ocean through his artwork. Entry into the event includes one beer or nonalcoholic beverage, and a sunset social on LMC’s Sky Deck at 5:30 p.m., 30 minutes before the lecture begins.
