Families looking for a free summer outing can head to Manatee Lagoon on Saturday, July 25, for the fourth annual Mia’s Summer Shell-A-Bration, a community event that blends interactive activities with environmental education.
According to a press release, the event is part of the organization’s Plastic Free July initiatives and encourages visitors to learn simple ways to reduce plastic waste and help protect Florida’s waterways.

The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Manatee Lagoon, 6000 N. Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
